The process of creating Campet Cabernet Sauvignon is the result of a total commitment to the art of winemaking.

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested mechanically in the cooler hours between the end of September and the beginning of October, are subjected to a careful destemming and pressing process.

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 20C, in the presence of selected skins and yeasts, and involves two pumpovers per day for 20 days, ensuring optimal interaction between must and solid components.

After soft pressing, the wine rests in steel barrels until the summer bottling.

This approach, which balances tradition and innovation, ensures the creation of a product of unparalleled quality.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard planted in the first hills of Faenza, near the historic Via Emilia, in the heart of the province of Ravea. This privileged position, in the cross coral mountain field area at 80 meters above sea level, takes advantage of clayey and silty soil, characteristic of this region.

This particular composition of the soil guarantees optimal drainage and provides the vines with the nutrients essential for their growth. The interaction between the quality of the soil and the local microclimate gives our wine those distinctive characteristics of nuances and depth that make it unique.
