Our sweet red wine, obtained from selected Centesimino grapes, stands out for its unique character and aromatic richness. Of an intense ruby colour, it offers a complex bouquet with notes of strawberries in wine, peaches in syrup, roses and figs in jam, promising an unparalleled olfactory experience. On the palate, it presents an enveloping sweetness, lively freshness and finely crafted taini, which lead to a persistent and richly fruity finish. With an alcohol content of 13.5% and a balance between acidity and sweetness, it is perfectly suited to special occasions, recommending a serving temperature of 20°C to enhance its aromatic nuances. The result of careful vinification and refinement in steel barrels, it originates from the clayey and silty soil of Faenza, representing an authentic expression of the territory.
