It has a deep ruby color and a rich aroma of strawberries in wine, peaches in syrup, roses and figs in jam. The taste is pleasantly sweet, balanced by adequate freshness and a smooth finish, leading to a long, fruity finish. It has an alcohol content of 15%, a total acidity of 7 g/l and a residual sugar of 40 g/l. The optimal serving temperature is 20°C. The winemaking takes place at a controlled temperature, and the wine is then aged in steel barrels until bottling in the summer. The Centesimino vineyard is located in Faenza, on clayey and silty soil. This wine pairs perfectly with desserts, such as chocolate and cream millefeuille or cherry cake.
