Our sweet white wine, produced in the Faenza hills, stands out for its bright straw color and captivating reflections. The aromatic bouquet, with predominant notes of muscat, cedar peel and peach in syrup, invites you on a rich and nuanced sensory journey. Production follows a careful process, from the mechanical harvesting of the grapes to vinification at 18°C to enhance their natural sweetness. The vineyard, on the first hills of Faenza, benefits from a clayey and silty soil and an ideal microclimate which give the wine complexity and a unique aromatic profile.
