Sangiovese PGI is a dry red wine, obtained from carefully selected Sangiovese grapes, which reflects the history and passion of viticulture. With an intense ruby red color, with captivating reflections, it releases aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry and cherry, evoking suggestions of Italian woods. On the palate, it stands out for its enveloping softness, accompanied by well-structured taini and a pleasant freshness. With an alcohol content of 13%, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 20°C to fully appreciate its nuances. The mechanical harvesting of the grapes at dawn and the aging in steel barrels ensure the purity of the wine, avoiding unwanted refermentations. Coming from the clayey and silty soils of Faenza, it pairs perfectly with tasty dishes such as pasticciati strozzapreti, offering a taste experience that combines tradition and innovation.
