Description

The process of creating ‘Lv – Trebbiano frizzante PGI’ represents a harmony between traditional practices and the application of modern techniques.

The harvest of Trebbiano grapes, carried out in the coolest hours of the morning, is the first step to ensure that their liveliness is kept intact. Subsequently, the destemming and pressing phase prepares the must for winemaking, which takes place at an optimal temperature of 17C. This condition, combined with the use of carefully selected pomace and yeasts, favors the absorption of a rich palette of colors and aromas.

After a period of just two days, the racking takes place, followed by refining in steel barrels which preserves the freshness and purity of the aromatic profile of the wine. The conclusion of this meticulous process is bottling at the beginning of spring, which leads to a natural refermentation in the bottle according to the ancestral method. This final step gives ‘Lv’ its distinctive effervescence and a character that is both rich and refined, inviting you to discover the beauty of winemaking tradition through a sip of modern excellence.
