Grechetto Gentile PGI 5 Liters

Grechetto Gentile PGI is a sweet white wine, with a lively straw yellow color and golden reflections. It is advisable to bottle it young for natural refermentation, but it progressively loses sweetness and refermentation potential during the summer months. On the nose, it offers aromas of sweet spices, exotic fruit and delicate candied peels. On the palate, an initial sweetness is appreciated which evolves into notes of dried fruit and almonds, with a balanced persistence. Produced in Faenza in the province of Ravea, it follows a precise winemaking process to enhance the purity of Grechetto Gentile. With an alcohol content of 13%, it is ideal to enjoy at 10°C. Perfect with fish dishes and as an aperitif, it adds freshness and a light sweetness to convivial moments.
