Grechetto Gentile PGI 5 Liters

Grechetto Gentile PGI is a dry sparkling white wine with an intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose there are notes of sweet spices, fruit, papaya, ginger and candied peel, while on the palate it is slightly sweet, with a finish of dried, dehydrated and almondy fruit of medium persistence. Produced in the province of Ravea, the winemaking process includes destemming, pressing, controlled temperature fermentation and aging in steel barrels. With an alcohol content of 13%, total acidity of 7 g/l and residual sugar of 8 g/l, it is ideal served at 10°C. It is perfect in combination with fish-based dishes and aperitifs, thanks to its fresh and slightly sweet characteristics.
