Cabernet Sauvignon PGI 5 Litres

Cabernet Sauvignon PGI is a dry still red wine from Faenza, in the province of Ravea. It has a lively and impenetrable ruby color and smells of green pepper, fresh red fruits and notes of cinchona. The taste is warm and enveloping, with well-integrated alcohol, strong taini and a pleasant flavor in the finish. With an alcohol content of 14%, it is ideal served at 20°C. The winemaking takes place at a controlled temperature, with aging in steel and bottling in the summer. The soil where the vines grow is clayey and loamy. It pairs perfectly with meat dishes, such as baked larded pork loin with potatoes.
